Travelocity, based in San Francisco, is one of the world’s largest online travel and leisure business organisations. It is a huge project management task to efficiently update its global web offering.Kevin Saunders flew out to the US to handle a special project to develop a sophisticated intranet system. This was designed to enable Travelocity to track and project manage their ever increasing multimedia activity. The brief included being able to keep greater control over their design projects, tracking them from request to completion.
